My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The room was dirty and cold, with maintenance issues, but the location was excellent. The staff were overwhelmed but lovely. The dining experience was disappointing, and facilities were lacking in service.
The hotel was in a great location, right on the Pleasure Beach and close to the Tower and other attractions. The rooms were not ready upon my 6 pm arrival, and there was scaffolding outside. The service was lacking, with no welcome drink. The dining took a long time and was disappointing with minimal food. Despite the issues, the location stands out as the best part of the hotel.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms looked very nice at first, but then I was moved due to a dirty room and interrupted by a late-night fire alarm. It was a standard experience, and my daughter's room felt very cramped.
